SUMMARY ORDERING PROCEDURE:
Our ordering procedure consists of four (4) steps.
Step 1: You select the Way of delivery and Way of payment (if applicable you can enter a discount code).
Step 2: You fill in your data and remarks (invoice address and if applicable delivery address).
Step 3: You check if all your data is entered correctly.
Step 4: End of ordering procedure, you will receive a confirmation of your order directly by e-mail.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt of your payment. After shipment you will receive a link to the Track & Trace website of PostNL where you can track your package online by e-mail (not for mailbox shipping).

- The given delivery periods are by indication and are given by PostNL (Space & Cartoon Safari is not liable for any delayed delivery periods). On the Track & Trace website of PostNL you can see the actual status of your parcel.
- The amount of shippingcost is automatically calculated by the weight of your order and is displayed in the order procedure. Some articles fit through the mailbox (this is indicated by "Mailbox shipping" with the appropriate articles), no Track & Trace number is available for these articles.
- Picking up your order in Almere-Haven is by appointment only, please contact us by e-mail or phone to make an appointment. You can pay your order in advance or by cash payment or PIN (also with creditcard) when you pick up your order.
- If you want to pick up your order at a fair or convention, please write under "Remarks" at which fair/convention and which day you pick up your order. You can pay your order in advance or by cash payment or PIN (also wtih creditcard) at the fair/convention.


WAY OF PAYMENT:
Accountholders of various Dutch banks can pay through iDEAL, for more information about iDEAL please click the iDEAL banner in the rightside menu.
The iDEAL payments are processed by Sisow, you will be transported to the iDEAL page of Sisow where you can perform the iDEAL payment.

Creditcard payments with Mastercard or Visa are possible through Paypal or our Payment Service Provider Buckaroo.

For "Prepayment Bank" you can find our accountnumber in the confirmation e-mail that will be send to you after completing your order or under "Contact".

PIN payments are processed by Payleven. For more information about Payleven, click the Payleven logo.
In The Netherlands bank cards with the Maestro logo and creditcards from Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted.
Outside The Netherlands bank cards with the Maestro logo and creditcards from Mastercard and VISA are accepted.

We do NOT charge additional costs for these ways of payment.

DISCOUNT COUPON:
If you have received a discountcode from us, please type this code exactly as is given (including CAPITALS/lower case characters) at "Discount coupon".

RETURNS:
If for any reason whatsoever you do not wish to keep a product, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) business days after delivery to Space & Cartoon Safari.
Returns in this case are only accepted if the packing of the products is undamaged, where as well the costs for the return come at your expense.
The to Space & Cartoon Safari paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible (within fourteen (14) business days) after receiving the returned product through the chosen way of payment when you ordered the product.
